It is Easter. Jesus is alive. He was crucified but as He promised He was raised from the dead on the third day. For two thousand years Believers have gathered and celebrated with the pastor/priest by saying He is risen and the congregants replying, “He is risen indeed.” We celebrated the living reality of our Lord as we sense His presence and His moving in our world.

Your meditation is that the tomb was empty and your application is found in Romans 1:4 which says that Jesus Christ “who was declared the Son of God with power by the resurrection from the dead, according to the Spirit of holiness, Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Jesus is alive, He is risen, He is risen indeed.
